Coming from Saint-Tropez, French Riviera, Yves Crivello was an auto body mechanic for 33 years and Catherine Crivello was in the retailing industry.
In 2006, Yves closed his auto body shop and decided to go back to school in Paris to become a baker and it's only a few months later that he got his diploma.
In 2008, Yves and Catherine first moved to Fountain Hills, Arizona, and opened their first bakery. Four years later, an opportunity to move to Las Vegas presented itself to them and after some thoughts, they decided to leave Fountain Hills and to go for a new adventure in Las Vegas.
